Open Schedule interface provide a list of schedules that posted by clinic. Its divided to 3 schedules: Offered, Emergency & Open schedule. Assistant can tap on schedule on the list to view and respond for the schedule. Tap on Open Schedule icon on iSmartOffice™ Provider main interface to access Open Schedule interface

Offered Schedule #

Offered Schedule is a available schedule offered by the clinic to assistant who are already members of the clinic (Clinic Member).

1. Tap on the Open Schedule icon on the home screen to open the Open Schedule screen
2. All Offered Schedule will be listed under Offered tab. Tap on any offered schedule on the list to see its detail 

3. Tap on Accept to accept the offer or tap on Reject to reject the offer. Both you and clinic will receive email notification and push notification of the Acceptance/Rejection
4. If you go back to the homescreen now you can see that the offered schedule that you accepted turn to an active schedule

Emergency Schedule #

Emergency Schedule is an available schedule that arise because the schedule was canceled by the assistant.

1. Tap on the Open Schedule icon on the homescreen to open the Open Schedule screen
2. All Emergency Schedules will be listed under the Emergency tab. Tap on any emergency schedule on the list to see its detail.

3. Tap on Apply to apply for the emergency schedule. Both you and clinic will receive email notification and push notification

4. You need to wait for clinic approval to make the schedule active on your schedule list

5. You will receive email and push notification when clinic approve your application and the schedule will be active on your schedule list

Open Schedule #

Open Schedule is an available schedule posted by the clinic so all assistant can apply.

1. Tap on the Open Schedule icon on the homescreen to open the Open Schedule screen
2. All Open Schedule will be listed under Open tab. Tap on any open schedule on the list to see its detail.

3. Tap on Apply to apply for the open schedule. Both you and clinic will receive email notification and push notification
4. You need to wait for clinic approval to make the schedule active on your schedule list
5. You will receive email and push notification when clinic approve your application and the schedule will be active on your schedule list
