Add Clinic Operating Hours
Add Exception Hours

This feature is used to add, edit and delete clinic operating hours.

1. Click on Operating Hours from Operations menu
2. First make sure clinic is already selected. Click Change Clinic button on the top section of the page to select clinic. If no clinic available on the list, ask for General Manager to add one

Operating hours & exception schedule will be listed on the left side of the page.
Calendar view is also available on the right side of the page.
The calendar view can be changed as a day, week or month view. Click on “month | week | day” tab on the calendar to change view.

Add Clinic Operating Hours #

1. To add Clinic Operating hours, click Operating Hours tab first then click Add New button
2. Fill all required information to add clinic operating hours

3. Click Save button to save all information
4. Click Back button to cancel
5. All Clinic Operating hours for active clinic will be represented on Operating Hour calendar section
6. Below is the page look like after adding Operating Hour on selected clinic

7. Click Edit button to edit any schedule on the list
8. You can edit by the schedule; the schedule and following; or the group schedule. Or you can delete it by the schedule; the schedule and following; or the group schedule

9. Click on one of the button to save the update and back to previous page
10. Click CANCEL button to cancel

Add Exception Hours #

1. To add Exception hours, click Exception tab first then click Add New button
2. Fill all required information to add clinic operating hour

3. Click Save button to save all information
4. Click Back button to cancel
5. All Exception hours for active clinic will be represented on Exception calendar section
6. Below is the page look like after adding Exception Hour on selected clinic

7. Click Edit button to edit any schedule on the list
