As General Manager & Manager (Clinic) you can easily manage the approval of assistant candidates. When you post a new assistant available schedule on OSS Web, they can apply on the schedule. All the candidates will be listed under Assistant tab on iSmartOffice™ Clinic Mobile home screen.

New Assistant Candidate List #

• A list of the new assistant candidate in iSmartOffice™ Clinic Mobile,  it’s located under the Assistant tab
• Tap on one of the candidate on the list to process approval or decline
• Tap on the Check icon to accept the assistant application and send a notification email to the assistant. Email notification and push notification will be sent to the assistant
• Tap on the cross icon to cancel the assistant application and send a notification email to the assistant. Email notification and push notification will be sent to the assistant
