As General Manager you can easily access the general function of managing the clinic on iSmartOffice™ Clinic Web homepage. You can add, deactivate, delete, and launch the clinic operation page from this page.

Below is the default homepage of the General Manager role on iSmartOffice™ Clinic Web.  It’s still empty so let’s add a new clinic on the Add Clinic section.
All existing clinics will be listed on this page. On the upper section of the page are a place for the selected clinic and its general information (clinic name, address, and location map).

Add Clinic #

Follow the below instruction to add the new clinic successfully.

1. On the main page, click on the Add New button
2. On ADD NEW CLINIC form, fill up all required information about your clinic
3. Click Save to submit the new clinic information

4. New clinic successfully added. An email notification sent to your registered email as a notification that a new clinic has been created
5. Below is the page look like after adding several new clinics

Action (Dashboard, Operation, Delete, Deactivate) #

There are Action buttons next to the clinic list.

  1. Click on it to show the function list
  2. There is Dashboard, Operation, Delete & Deactivate on the Action function list
  3. Click Dashboard to open selected clinic Dashboard page
  4. Click Operation to open the selected clinic Operation page
  5. Click dr. Annie to open patient dental assessment
  6. Click Delete to deactivate and hide selected clinic from the list
  7. Click Activate to activate the selected clinic

Change Active Clinic #

iSmartOffice™ Clinic Web has various features to help General Manager manage their clinic. Each clinic may have different data to add or manage by iSmartOffice™ Clinic Web feature. So General Manager should be noticed to always check the current active clinic (current selected clinic) on an opened page before managing their clinic.

Active/Selected clinics can be found on the top section of each page. Its located under “You are working on this clinic”.
1. Click the Change Clinic button to change Active/Selected clinic
2. It will open Homepage where we can change Active/Selected clinic

2. On the Homepage, click on the Action button next to the Clinic name
3. Click Operation or Dashboard to make selected clinic is Active/Selected
4. It will save as your Active/Selected clinic on all session iSmartOffice™ Clinic Web page until you log out or change it again
