A patient who requests an appointment with code D9995 – Synchronous Tele-dentistry (Real-time Encounter) will receive the link of Zoom HIPAA for virtual visit appointment and the Clinic will assign a provider for this virtual visit appointment.

Get Assigned Virtual Visit Information

1. Receive email notification of virtual visit assignment.

2. Log in and click ‘Assigned Virtual Visit’ under the ‘Provider Schedule’ menu. Click the zoom link to redirect and start teledentistry session with patient.
