Manage Appointment #
On Find Clinic article in this online documentation, you already know how to create an appointment based on your preference.
Your appointment needs to be responded to by the clinic. Either accepted or for some reason declined.
You can check your appointment status on the Appointment screen. Tap on the Appointment icon on the home screen.
All your upcoming appointment will be listed on this screen. The list will refresh automatically every 10 seconds.
Understanding Appointment Status #
iSmartOffice™ Patient Mobile divides patient appointment into 5 status: Requested, Accepted, Confirmed, Completed, and Declined/Canceled appointment. Only Requested and Accepted will be listed on the Appointment screen.
Requested Appointment #
1. Requested appointment is an appointment that has been requested by the patient using the iSmartOffice™ Patient web & mobile app
2. It will be listed on the Appointment screen and represented as a red clock icon
3. Clinic will respond to your appointment request
4. Tap on the arrow button on the top left of the screen to go back to the previous screen
5. Tap on the phone icon next to the appointment to call the clinic
6. Tap the location icon next to the phone icon to view the clinic location and get direction on map application on your device
Accepted Appointment #
1. Accepted appointment is a requested appointment that has been accepted by the clinic
2. It will be listed on the Appointment screen and represented as a green calendar icon
3. You will get a notification on your device when the clinic accepts/declines your appointment. The notification will be sent also to your registered email
4. Tap on the arrow button on the top left of the screen to go back to the previous screen
5. Tap on the discounted prepaid icon next to the appointment to pay the appointment using the prepaid method on iSmartOffice™ Patient Mobile. You will get a discounted price if using this method
6. Tap the QR code icon next discounted prepaid icon to shown it to the clinic front desk at your appointment time. It helped the clinic to confirm your arrival at the appointment. Tap on the arrow button on the top left of the Scan QR Code screen to go back to the previous screen
7. Tap on the phone icon next to the QR code icon to call the clinic
8. Tap the location icon next to the phone icon to view the clinic location and get direction on map application on your device
Confirmed Appointment #
1. At the appointment time, the clinic will confirm your arrival
2. Clinic will ask you to show the Appointment QR Code from your iSmartOffice™ Patient Mobile using the previous method above. They will scan the QR Code to confirm your arrival. Or they will manually mark your arrival from their iSmartOffice™ Patient Web
3. Confirmed Appointment will not be listed on this screen
Completed Appointment #

Canceled Appointment #

Cancel Your Appointment #
1. You can cancel your appointment on the Appointment screen
2. Do this by swiping left on the appointment and new action interface show
3. Tap on Add to Calendar button to add the appointment schedule to your personal calendar in your device
4. Tap on the Cancel Appointment button to cancel the appointment
5. iSmartOffice™ might deduct your points by canceling less than 12 hours from your appointment time. Zero balance point might lead to your iSmartOffice™ Patient account to be locked until points added
6. Canceled appointment will be listed under the Cancel tab on the History screen (Please read article History section Canceled Appointment)
Prepaid Appointment #
1. You can pay with a prepaid method for your appointment in iSmartOffice™ Patient Mobile
2. Tap on the discounted prepaid icon next to the appointment to pay the appointment using the prepaid method. You will get a discounted price if using this method
3. This feature only available after the clinic accept your requested appointment
4. On the Prepaid Payment page fill up all required information
5. If you have enough Points, you can use it to purchase the best deal (Please read the article Profile section Patient Other Information to know more about Points)
6. You can combine the purchase using Points and Credit Card
7. Tap on the switch button next to the Point column to enable using Points or disable it if you want to purchase using a credit card only
8. Tap the Back button to cancel and go back to the previous screen
9. Tap Pay Now button to execute the payment process and iSmartOffice™ Patient Mobile will send you to purchase detail into your registered email
