This article will guide you as Provider role in iSmartOffice™ Provider Web completing your profile. It can be accessed from Provider menu.
Provider Profile #
1. This will guide you to complete your basic information as a provider
2. On the iSmartOffice™ Provider Main page, click on Profile under Provider menu
3. Provider profile page located under Profile menu
4. Under Provider Profile page, fill up all required information and then click SAVE & NEXT button
Provider Background #
1. This will guide you to complete your background information as provider
2. Click on Background under Provider menu
3. Under Provider Background page, fill up all required information and then click SAVE & NEXT button
Provider Experience #
1. This will guide you to complete your experience information as provider
2. Click on Experience under Provider menu
3. Under Provider Experience page, fill up all required information and then click SAVE & NEXT button
Provider License #
1. This will guide you to complete your license information as provider
2. Click on License under Provider menu
3. Under Provider License page, fill up all required information and then click SAVE & NEXT button
Malpractice Insurance #
1. This will guide you to complete your malpractice insurance information as provider
2. Click on Malpractice Insurance under Provider menu
3. Under Provider Malpractice Insurance page, fill up all required information and click Add button to add data
4. Add more malpractice insurance if available using the same method
5. Click NEXT button
Insurance Carrier Eligibility #
1. This will guide you to complete your insurance carrier eligibility information as provider
2. Click on Insurance Carrier Eligibility under Provider menu
3. Under Insurance Carrier Eligibility page, fill up all required information and click Add button to add data
4. Add more malpractice insurance if available using the same method
5. Click NEXT button to Add/Edit Available Working Schedule
