Provider Available Schedule

Article Summary

This feature is used to add provider's available schedule on selected clinic. Provider's Available Schedule is a schedule that created by clinic so any provider registered on iSmartOffice Provider Web & Mobile app can apply.

1. Click on Provider Available Schedule from Manage Provider menu
2. First make sure clinic is already selected. Click Change Clinic button on the top section of the page to select clinic. If no clinic available on the list, add it first using this guide : Add Clinic


3. Existing Available Schedule will be listed on the left side of the page
4. List of Applicants (s) will be listed on the right side of the page


Add Provider Available Schedule

1. Click Add Available Schedule button to add new Provider Available Schedule
2. Complete all required information and then click Add button to submit new provider available schedule on selected clinic
3. All submitted Provider Available Schedule will be listed under Available Status list on the left side of the page
4. New Provider Available Schedule will be published also to iSmartOffice Provider Web and Mobile app for provider. So they can see and apply the schedule

5. Clinic need to wait until provider apply for the schedule
6. New Provider Available Schedule will be marked as "PROVIDER" by iSmartOffice Provider Web & Mobile app
7. Please go to Doctor Schedule tab on Dashboard page to see its different
8. One slot is marked as provider's name (there is provider on duty on the slot) and the other is marked as "PROVIDER". It will remain "PROVIDER " (no provider on duty on the slot) until provider apply for that Provider Available Schedule



9. Please go also to Provider Schedule page to see its different
10. Slot will be marked as provider's name (there is provider on duty on the slot) and the other is marked as "PROVIDER". It will remain "PROVIDER"  (no provider on duty on the slot) until provider apply for that Provider Available Schedule




Applicant Acceptance

1. Whenever a doctor applying for a Provider Available Schedule its Remarks status will be change to "Please check the applicant(s)" and  a Detail button will appear next to the schedule
2. Click Detail button to show applicant(s) on the right side of the page

3. Click on Detail button next to the applicant to see their detail

4. On applicant detail window, click Cancel button to go back to previous window
5. Click Reject button to reject the applicant and send a notification email to applicant and clinic
6. Click Accept button to accept the applicant and send a notification email to applicant and clinic

7. The applicant will be marked as Accepted and will be on duty on the schedule
8. Accepting an applicant will reject other applicant(s) on selected schedule

8. Please go to Doctor Schedule tab on Dashboard page to see its different
9. The schedule is marked as accepted applicant's name
10. Please go also to Provider Schedule page to see its different
11. The schedule is marked as accepted applicant's name
