Delete Account"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to the platform&#8217; rule, users could, and were provided the opportunity to delete any personal information contained in the iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caution!<\/strong>&nbsp;By deleting your account, all of your records, such as username, point rewards, assessments, appointments, best deal coupon, etc, will be deleted and can&#8217;t be recovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you still want to proceed, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the home screen, click on your&nbsp;<strong>NAME<\/strong>&nbsp;to enter Profile Tab, or click <strong>User Account Icon<\/strong>&nbsp;in the taskbar menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the profile page, choose<strong> Edit Profile<\/strong>, scroll down until you see a red button that says&nbsp;<strong>Delete My Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm it by click <strong>Yes Delete It.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete-1024x614.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete-1024x614.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete-768x461.png 768w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete-1536x922.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/profile2delete.png 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure once again that you really want to delete your account by enter your password, past this step you can&#8217;t go back anymore.
