This feature is used for Assistant to manage their membership acceptance. Clinic will send assistant an offer as their clinic membership through email. Assistant  need to accept or decline the offer on this page. Follow the link on the email to Accept or Reject the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To view membership offer, assistant need to login to iSmartOffice\u2122 Provider web and go to Approval menu > Membership List
2. There are 3 sections under this page: Waiting, Accepted List & Declined List<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waiting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. All clinic membership offer that need assistant approval are listed under Waiting tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search the offer using Search feature under the tab. Its help when assistant has too many offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Accept button to accept or decline button to reject the offer. An email notification will be sent to assistant & clinic email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Accepted<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. By accepting the offer will allow clinic to manage the assistant schedule on their clinic<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. All clinic membership offer that has been accepted by assistant are listed under Accepted tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Declined<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. All clinic membership offer that has been declined will be listed under Declined tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. There is nothing to follow up by assistant under Declined tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
