In the Profile<\/strong> menu, you can update your personal information such as profile photo, address, password, and more.
Let\u2019s go through each section available on the Profile page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Change Profile Picture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap Change Photo<\/strong> to update your profile image.
A pop-up will appear asking whether you want to take a new photo using your camera<\/strong> or select one from your device gallery<\/strong>.
Once successfully updated, you will be redirected back to the Profile page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Edit Profile Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap Edit Profile<\/strong> to open the profile form.
Here, you can edit fields such as Name<\/strong>, City<\/strong>, Country<\/strong>, and Phone Number<\/strong>.
You can also change the application language<\/strong> from this section.
After making changes, tap Save<\/strong> to apply them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Change Password<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To update your password, go to the Change Password<\/strong> section.
You\u2019ll be required to enter your current password<\/strong>, new password<\/strong>, and then retype the new password<\/strong> for confirmation.
It is strongly recommended to use at least 8 characters<\/strong>, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric<\/strong> combinations for better security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Point History<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you can view your point history<\/strong> \u2014 when and how you earned your points will be displayed here.

e) Leave Clinic Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to leave your current clinic group without logging out, tap Leave Clinic Group<\/strong>.
Once confirmed, you\u2019ll be automatically switched to the General Clinic Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) Sign Out<\/strong>
Tap Sign Out<\/strong> to log out from your iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient account.
You can close the application or log back in anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Use a recent profile photo so the clinic can recognize you easily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Update your password regularly to keep your account secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
