You can visit the clinic according to the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b) Appointment Options Menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the <strong>right side<\/strong> of each appointment, you\u2019ll find a <strong>three-dot menu (\u22ef)<\/strong> that contains the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open in Uber<\/strong> \u2013 Redirects you to the Uber app for navigation to the clinic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add to Calendar<\/strong> \u2013 Adds your appointment to your personal calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancel Appointment<\/strong> \u2013 Cancels the selected appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>c) Appointment QR Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Also on the right side, there is a <strong>QR Code icon<\/strong>.<br>Tap this icon to open a <strong>pop-up window<\/strong> showing the QR code for <strong>clinic check-in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Tip: You can save this QR code to your <\/em><strong>Apple Wallet<\/strong><em> for quick and easy access anytime.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>d) Canceling an Appointment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can cancel an appointment at any time \u2014 whether it is still <em>Waiting for Confirmation<\/em> or already <em>Confirmed<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap the <strong>three-dot menu (\u22ef)<\/strong> on the main appointment list, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Appointment Detail<\/strong> page and tap <strong>Cancel Appointment<\/strong> there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>e) Appointment Detail<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tap any appointment from the list to open its <strong>Appointment Detail<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can view:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete appointment details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clinic and treatment information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1-1024x614.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1-1024x614.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1-768x461.png 768w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1-1536x922.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment2-1.png 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This page also includes a <strong>Prepaid<\/strong> button if your appointment is eligible for advance payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>f) Prepaid Appointment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can only make a <strong>Prepaid Appointment<\/strong> once your booking has been <strong>confirmed by the clinic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1-1024x614.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1668\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1-1024x614.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1-768x461.png 768w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1-1536x922.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.ismartoffice.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/appointment3-1.png 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are processed securely via the <strong>Stripe portal<\/strong>, using any available payment method offered there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may also choose to pay partially or fully using your accumulated <strong>Points<\/strong>.
