This section explains how to log in, register, or recover your account in iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Login<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you already have an account, enter your email<\/strong> and password<\/strong>, then tap Login<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A pop-up message<\/strong> will appear if the email or password is incorrect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once the credentials are correct, the app will display the Enter Clinic Group<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In this page, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Type the Clinic Group name<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scan the QR code<\/strong> previously provided by your clinic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If you don\u2019t have any clinic group information, simply proceed without entering one<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n

      Clinic Group<\/em> is a system that connects you with clinics under a specific group. If you continue without selecting a clinic group, all available clinics will appear in your clinic search results \u2014 sorted by distance and\/or relevance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Once this step is complete, you will be directed to the main Dashboard<\/strong> of iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b) Register<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To create a new iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Fill in all the required fields on the registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Red warning indicators will appear if any required field is missing or entered incorrectly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. When all information is valid, iSmartOffice\u2122 will send a verification code<\/strong> to your registered email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Open your email, retrieve the verification code, and enter it into the app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Congratulations \u2014 your iSmartOffice\u2122 Patient account is now successfully registered!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        c) Forgot Password<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If you\u2019ve forgotten your password:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Tap \u201cForgot Password?\u201d<\/strong> below the login fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your email address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The system will send a password reset link<\/strong> to your email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Open the link and follow the steps to create a new password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          d) SSO Login<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          You can also log in or register instantly using Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Google Account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Apple ID<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Both options allow quick access \u2014 and if you don\u2019t have an existing iSmartOffice\u2122 account, the system will automatically create one for you during the first login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Tips:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

            • Make sure you have a stable internet connection before using the app.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If the login process feels slow, please wait a few seconds \u2014 the system is verifying your account.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Use an active email address to easily reset your password or receive important updates.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Use a strong password that includes uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Double-check your email address \u2014 a verification link will be sent there.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
