All existing schedule will be reflected on the Existing Schedule calendar on the right side of the page<br>3. There is a Patient Schedule, Doctor Schedule, and Assistant Schedule on the Existing Schedule calendar<br>4. The calendar view can be changed as a day, week, or month view. And it&#8217;s represented on the Dashboard page. The calendar view can be changed as a day, week, or month view. Click on the &#8220;month | week | day&#8221; tab on the calendar to change the view<br>5. Clinic is waiting for patients to review their appointment experience that has been completed. The clinic will receive email notifications about patient reviews. And need to review back the patient \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Declined\/Canceled Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. There are several possibilities appointment is Declined\/Canceled<br>2. Clinic can manually decline the Requested appointment. iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic Web will send a notification email to the patient and clinic<br>3. Patient can cancel Requested &amp; Accepted appointment using their iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic Web &amp; Mobile apps. iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic will send a notification email to the clinic and patient<br>4. Declined\/Canceled appointments will not be listed on this page. iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic Web will record this as a patient appointment history. It will send an email notification to the patient and the clinic<br>4. Click the Accept button on the selected appointment request to accept. Go to the Dashboard page and check for the Accepted appointment under the Existing Schedule calendar on the right side of the page<br>3. Make sure you have chosen the right active clinic<br>4. Look for the Accepted appointment and click on it to open an Appointment Detail window<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Click the Close button to close the Appointment Detail window to close the window and back to the previous page<br>6. Click the Cancel Appointment button to cancel the appointment. It will send a cancellation email to the patient and clinic<br>7. Click the Complete Appointment button to complete the appointment and change the appointment status to Completed. It will send a notification email to the patient and clinic<br>8.
