All upcoming patient requested appointments will be listed under the Clinic tab on\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile home screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understanding-appointment-status\">Understanding Appointment Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile divides patient appointments into 5 status: Requested, Accepted, Confirmed, Completed, and Declined\/Canceled appointment. Only the Requested appointment will be listed under the Clinic tab on\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile home screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requested Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Clinic will receive a notification on their\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile every time patients request a new appointment. The clinic will also receive a notification email for this<br>2. on their Requested appointment is an appointment that has been requested by the patient using iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Patient web &amp; mobile apps<br>3. It will be listed under the Clinic tab on\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile home screen and represented as a green checklist icon<br>4. Requested appointments will be listed as grouped based on the clinic. The number of new requested appointment will be shown on the list<br>5. At the appointment time, the clinic will confirm patient arrival<br>2. Clinic will ask the patient to show the Appointment QR Code from the patient&#8217;s iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Patient Mobile. The clinic will scan the QR Code to confirm patient arrival<br>3. Confirmed Appointment will not be listed on\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completed Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The completed appointment is a confirmed appointment that has been completed by the clinic. The appointment has been completed. It won&#8217;t be listed on\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Declined\/Canceled Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. There are several possibilities appointment is Declined\/Canceled<br>2. Clinic can manually decline the Requested appointment.\u00a0iSmartOffice\u2122\u00a0Clinic\u00a0Mobile will send a notification email to the patient and clinic<br>3.
