Profile

As Provider you can easily manage your profile.  It available in iSmartOffice™ Provider Mobile under Profile screen. 

Provider General Information

You can find your general information under Personal tab on Profile screen.
1. Tap on the Profile icon on the homescreen to open the Profile screen
2. Under the first tab is Personal information where all provider personal information can be found
2. Please complete your general information on this screen
3. Tap on the back (left arrow) icon on top left to go back to homescreen
4. The data will be automatically saved every time you switch screen   

Provider Practice Information

You can find your Practice information under Practice tab on Profile screen.
1. Tap on the Practice tab on Profile screen where the information of provider specialty and dental degree information can be found
2. Please complete your Practice information on this screen
3. Tap on the back (left arrow) icon on top left to go back to homescreen
4. The data will be automatically saved every time you switch screen

Provider Additional Information

You can find your Additional information under Additional tab on Profile screen.
1. Tap on the Additional tab on Profile screen where the information of provider year of practice can be found
2. Please complete your Additional information on this screen
3. Tap on the back (left arrow) icon on top left to go back to homescreen
4. The data will be automatically saved every time you switch screen

We strongly recommended to update your profile.  Updating profile through iSmartOffice^TM Provider Web provide more information that can be filled.
