iSmartOfficeTM Provider Mobile is a web based application that is very easy to use to help Provider or Assistant to manage their iSmartOfficeTM Provider account role.
This help documentation is designed for iSmartOfficeTM Provider account role so you can quickly learn iSmartOfficeTM Provider app as a new user or enhance your knowledge as a regular user.
With this role you can see your Available Working Schedule, See Job Opening, See list of Applied Job and manage any other things as a Clinic’s Provider.

Register

1. To register a new iSmartOffice™ Provider Mobile account, please tap the Sign-Up button on the first page after opening the app.

2. Under the Provider tab on iSmartOffice™ Provider Mobile Signup screen, fill up all the required information then tap Register button to submit your registration

3. An email registration notification sent to your registered email with an activation link inside. Follow the activation instruction on the email to activate your account. Kindly your attention to check Spam folder also
4. Activate your account using the activation link
5. Login again after activating your new iSmartOfficeTM Provider account


Login

Login to iSmartOfficeTM Provider Mobile using your existing iSmartOfficeTM Provider account.

 After successful login, you will be redirected to the home screen.


iSmartOffice™ Provider Mobile Home Screen 

 1. Date Navigation 

  • There are set of icon in this area used to navigate schedule date

 2. Schedule Information

  • Any available schedule list on active date will be listed in this area

 3. Profile

  • Access this feature to manage provider information

 4. Open Schedule

  • Access this feature to view available open schedules that provider can apply

5. DR. ANNIE™

  • Access this feature to view/review patient's assessment through DR. ANNIE™ AI.

6. Help

  • Access this feature if you have difficulty operating this application and want to get help or guidance either directly from chat support or email or see the User Guide.

7. Applied Schedule

  • Access this feature to manage schedule application status

8. Transaction

  • Access this feature to manage provider collection

9. Membership

  • Access this feature to manage existing provider membership on clinic

10. Log out

  • Tap Log out to log out of your account from iSmartOffice™ Provider Mobile
