iSmartOfficeTM Patient Mobile Log In screen


Register a New iSmartOfficeTM Patient Account

1. Tap Sign Up on the login screen to register a new iSmartOfficeTM Patient account

2. Fill up all the required information then tap the Register button to submit your registration
3. An email registration notification sent to your registered email with an activation link inside. Follow the activation instruction on the email to activate your account. Kindly your attention to check the Spam folder also
4. Activate your account using the activation link
5. Login again after activating your new iSmartOfficeTM Patient account

Login

1. Type your email address and password on the login screen then tap Log In button
2. Tap the Register button to register a new iSmartOfficeTM Patient account
3. Tap the "Forgot your password?" link if you need to reset your password

Login to iSmartOfficeTM Patient mobile using your existing account. Below is the iSmartOfficeTM Patient mobile home screen. You can use the iSmartOfficeTM Patient mobile account that you registered on the iSmartOfficeTM Patient web.

  • Tap the icon to open the Dental Assessment screen

4. Find Clinic icon

  • Tap the icon to open the find clinic screen
  • This icon available after logged in

5. Help icon

  • Tap the icon to open the help screen
  • This icon available after logged in

6. Profile icon

  • Tap Profile icon on the top left Homescreen
  • This icon available after logged in

7. Appointment icon

  • Tap the icon to open the appointment screen
  • This icon available after the patient logged in

8. History icon

  • Tap the icon to open the history screen
  • This icon available after the patient logged in

9. Best Deal icon

  • Tap the icon to open exclusive deals and discounts
  • This icon available after the patient logged in
