iSmartOffice^TM Web Homepage

Register a New iSmartOffice^TM Patient Account

1. Click Register on the iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web main menu to register a new iSmartOffice^TM Patient account
2. Fill up all the required information then click the REGISTER button to submit your registration

4. An email registration notification sent to your registered email with an activation link inside. Follow the activation instruction on the email to activate your account. Kindly your attention to check the Spam folder also

5. Activate your account using the activation link
6. Login again after activating your new iSmartOffice^TM Patient account

Login

1. Click the Login button on the top right corner of the Homepage to open the login page
2. Type your email address and password then click the Login button
3. Click the Register button to register a new iSmartOffice^TM Patient account
4. Click the Reset Password button if you need to reset your password

Login to iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web using existing iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web account. Below is iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web Homepage. You can use iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web account that you registered on iSmartOffice^TM Patient Mobile.

• A menu that has access to all iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web features

 2. Find My Clinic section

• A section to submit the information that used as a parameter on clinic searching
• A Search Now button to start the search based on the input parameter

 3. Available Clinic section

• A section where clinic search result will be listed on
• There are two clinic search result category: Discounted slot & Regular slot

 4. Contact menu

• A menu that listed how you can reach us for support

 5. Login & Register button

• A button to sign in using an existing account
• A button to register a new account

6. Scroll down button

• A button to scroll down to the bottom page

7. Notification button

• A button to Subscribe and unsubscribe notification from iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web

8. iSmartOffice^TM Patient download link

• A link to download iSmartOffice^TM Patient. It's available both on the Play Store and App Store

• A menu to open the Appointment page. Available after login using existing iSmartOffice^TM Patient user

5. Profile

• A menu to open the Profile page. Available after login using existing iSmartOffice^TM Patient user

6. History

• A menu to open History page. Available after login using existing iSmartOffice^TM Patient user

7. Help

• Consist of FAQ, Terms of Service, and other support services.

8. Search

• Click the search button to search any content on iSmartOffice^TM Patient Web
